Each duct is manufactured to order using precision additive manufacturing and high-strength ABS. This engineering-grade material offers excellent strength, impact resistance, and heat resistance, making it well suited for demanding under-hood and exterior automotive applications.
Due to the manufacturing process, subtle layer lines may be visible on the surface of the part. These are a normal characteristic of additive manufacturing and do not affect fitment, function, or durability.

BIGGER 130mm / 5" Round Outlet Features a updated 130mm / 5-inch diameter outlet designed for a straightforward connection to intake piping. Ideal for setups where the duct will be connected directly to an intake or custom air-routing system.
Full-Flow Outlet Our Full-Flow design eliminates the traditional round outlet and instead carries the profile of the headlight opening through the entire duct. This creates a substantially larger outlet opening with less restriction from necking the duct down to a circular connection. Ideal for setups focused on maximizing the available opening and directing a larger volume of outside air into the engine bay or toward the intake.
Both options utilize the same vehicle-specific mounting design and aggressive headlight-duct appearance—simply choose the outlet configuration that best suits your setup.
