Refund policy
1. General Policy
All products sold by Lenz Composites are final sale. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. No Returns or Refunds
- No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once placed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
The only exception to this policy is if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for review.
To submit a claim, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
The product must:
- Not have been installed, altered, or modified
- Not show signs of misuse or improper handling
Failure to notify us within the 3-day window will result in the claim being denied.
If a claim is approved at our sole discretion, we may:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent item
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by law or under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
If a refund is issued for any reason:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We are not responsible for and will not provide replacements or refunds for:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
