This headlight duct replaces the factory headlight insert with a functional, aggressive-looking duct that channels cool, dense air directly toward your intake system.
Each duct is manufactured to order using a precision additive manufacturing process from high-strength ABS. This engineering-grade material provides excellent strength, impact resistance, and heat resistance, making it well suited for demanding under-hood and exterior automotive applications.
Due to the manufacturing process, subtle layer lines may be visible on the surface of the part. These are a normal characteristic of the production method and do not affect the fit, performance, or durability of the part.
Purpose-built for performance, the duct features a 5-inch diameter outlet for direct piping connection to your intake—ideal for high-performance, boosted, or track-focused setups where airflow matters most.
